Option to add a custom-built frame (choice of wood/paint color,) made by one of the last frame shops in Kansas City to mill, sand and finish all frames in-house.

Back story:
On July 1st, an oncologist surgically removed my left ovary and a giant six inch cyst. Ironically, I spent my last night recovering in the hospital on July 4th...Independence Day. I sat alone in my room and from the windows I watched fireworks span the length of the horizon in the distance. I felt grateful that I was alive. But mostly, I couldn't stop thinking about my own independence, from who I was before the surgery.
