Back story:
A few weeks prior, I'd miscarried. Then, I went through a D&C surgery to remove the pregnancy. In a few more weeks, I'd be undergoing a much more invasive surgery with a four night hospital stay to remove a giant 6-inch cyst and my left ovary. So I waited, and I did anything I could to take care of myself. One day, I was in my favorite park on a warm sunny summer day. I brought a blanket and threw on a meditation about body healing.
At some point, I dazed off, waking up to what felt like I was being hypnotized by a bright blue light that filled my entire body with comfort and warmth. I didn't want it to go away. Suddenly out of no where, a man on a beautiful red brown horse galloped by me as I jolted to my feet. And it made me realize that I'm right where I'm supposed to be.
