Custom Acrylic or Oil Painting

*All photos are examples of past work. This product selection is for a custom piece made for you by me. So any photo shown is just an example, not what I'll actually make for you :).

Estimated time to ship: 3-4 weeks for smaller paintings, 4-8 weeks for larger paintings and projects. 

Price includes:

• Canvas, paints, materials and labor to create your custom piece
• ** if you prefer (for low waste) that I source a used painting to paint over, please mention this in your initial outreach. Price will be the same as canvas cost will be lower but my labor higher to paint over 
• My time to communicate back and forth via email and/or phone to bring your project/vision to life and get on the same page.
• For larger projects, an initial small mockup to ensure we're on the same page before I begin your final piece. You may keep this :)
• Upon our initial communication, if I estimate your project will take more time or require more materials than the general listed price for that size painting, I will discuss this with you up front and can invoice you separately/additionally. **I'm always happy to refund your payment in full before I begin your project if any additional fee or added time does not work with your budget or timeline.

Shipping: Will invoice separately before I begin your piece. Once I know how large you'd like to go, I'll send a shipping fee.

Project ideas from past commissions:

Nursery wall art:

• Spirit animals based on the meaning of the baby's name (example: lewis meaning warrior, Ford as a river, Lily as the flower, Hayley meaning meadow/hayfield)
• Blessings/protections the parents want to bestow on their newborn. (example: lambs meaning innocence)
• Spirit animals : horses, bears, sun and moon, butterflies, elephants, lambs, etc - each painting will include a message depicting the animal's meaning

Favorite Places:

• Wedding gifts (honeymoon location, city where couple met)
• Housewarming gift (picture of old house or city to remember/cherish)
• Birthday or holiday gift of a loved one's birthplace or favorite city/town in the world

Modern art themes:

• Minimalist themes: mountaintop, shoreline, ranch hat, horoscopes for a birthday gift (see leo the lion photo example)

Special timelines: Please email me asap after ordering if you have a timeline that you'd like for me to accommodate. If I can't fit your piece into my schedule based on your timeline, I'll provide a full refund. 

Payment: in-full or deposit required (we will email back and forth and I will offer full refund if I'm not able to execute what you're hoping for before starting the piece.)

Frames: Painted on unframed canvas. If specifically requesting a framed canvas, please inquire about this for a custom add-on fee

Artwork themes: *I specialize in favorite places, landscapes, animals, themes of nature. No people, please :). After checkout, please email me a photo or inspiration of what you'd like for me to paint, and I'll respond before we get started!
